Cancellation Policy

At REVA Agri Tech, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent ordering experience. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details via email or phone. Our team will assist you with the cancellation request.

3. Refund on Cancellation

  • If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.
  • Bulk or customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
